About The Outpouring Network

The Outpouring Network is currently registered as "The Outpouring Network, LLC" in Georgia. We are actively transitioning to 501(c)(3) non-profit status with a governing board of directors.

This transition represents our commitment to transparency, accountability, and long-term sustainability as we serve the Body of Christ. Coalition work requires institutional stability—we're building that foundation now.

Timeline: We expect to complete our non-profit filing within the next few months. Updates will be posted as progress happens.

John Minix founded and directs The Outpouring Network. John currently serves his community as a school bus driver—demonstrating that God uses ordinary people to build extraordinary things for His Kingdom.

After wrestling with the reality that cities full of churches remain largely unreached, John felt called to develop practical solutions. He has spent the past several months building this platform—not as academic theory, but as working infrastructure churches can actually use to collaborate effectively.

"Coalition isn't about building platforms—it's about connecting people who share the same heart for their city. This platform is just infrastructure. The movement happens when leaders say yes."

John Minix, Founder

More detailed leadership information will be available as we transition to non-profit status and establish our governing board.

Absolutely not. The Outpouring Network has zero governance authority over any church or organization and has no plans to become a governing body. Ever.

We exist to facilitate collaboration, not control it. Coalition works precisely because it respects each church's autonomy and denominational distinctives while celebrating what unites us in Christ.

Our Approach to Unity:
  • Unity, not uniformity — We celebrate diversity within biblical orthodoxy
  • Voluntary participation — Churches join freely and leave freely
  • Collaborative partnership — We facilitate connections, not control them
  • Denominational respect — We honor each church's traditions and governance

However, we do maintain standards for platform content. According to our Terms of Service, any organization listing that contradicts historic, biblical Christian doctrine may be reviewed and potentially removed or required to modify portions of their listing. Additionally, offensive, derogatory, or divisive material is subject to moderation.

This is about networking, not control. We provide digital infrastructure. Churches provide the movement.

Ready to Lead Coalition Work?

If you want to create organizations, plan events, or develop training courses, apply for Leader status. Leaders are the coalition builders—pastors and ministry leaders positioning their churches to work together.

Apply for Leader Status

Authorization Required

Only create listings for organizations where you are an authorized representative. Coalition integrity requires this standard from all leaders.

Leadership Standards:
  • Only create authorized listings — You must be a pastor, staff member, or officially designated representative
  • Maintain accuracy — All details must be truthful and current
  • Represent respectfully — Present organizations in ways that honor them
  • Secure proper permissions — Ensure explicit permission before creating any listing
Want to Help Other Churches Join?

Instead of creating unauthorized listings:

  • Contact the church or organization directly
  • Share The Outpouring Network with their leadership
  • Explain how coalition benefits their ministry
  • Offer to help them get started once they're interested

Building Coalition in Your City

Coalition requires believers, not just leaders. Here's how you make a difference:

Start with Your Circle:
  • Your Home Church: Share The Outpouring Network with your pastor. Show them the coalition vision and training materials.
  • Local Churches: Visit other churches in your community. Share the platform with their leadership.
  • Christian Organizations: Connect with local Christian nonprofits, ministries, and faith-based businesses about coalition.
Expand Your Impact:
  • Spread the Word: Use your platform—social media, conversations, relationships—to promote Christian unity.
  • Engage Actively: Participate in forums. Share insights. Encourage other believers.
  • Pray Consistently: Intercede for Christian unity. Pray for God's blessing on coalition movement.
You're Not Just a Supporter—You're a Builder

Every conversation matters. Every connection counts. God uses ordinary believers to build extraordinary movements. The coalition your city needs might start with you introducing two leaders who've never met.
